Peace Day - September 21

Wallingford Faiths Unite to Celebrate World Peace Day – September 21st!

Thank you for your support of a very successful multi-faith service celebration of the “World Peace Day”. On Monday, September 21, 2015, Wallingford’s Pastors and Rabbi joined Father Walsh to lead the delegation. The crowd assembled on the Gazebo, with Mayor Bill Dickinson's welcome.

A special thank you extends to the Wallingford Fire Department Honor guard, the  Knights of Columbus Pinta 5 Council Honor guard and the Wallingford Police department for their participation, and to Sister Kathleen Kelly, Holy Trinity School principal and Fran Selmecki, coordinator of the CCD program, for their gracious support.
